Our investment focus
Deutsche Zinshaus invests in housing estates, multiple-family dwellings and mixed-use buildings with a commercial rate of less than 20% of the annual net rental income.
The ideal transaction volume is between 2 million and 10 million Euro, per transaction. A portfolio transaction may be purchased up to a value of 50 million Euro.
Deutsche Zinshaus’ current investment focus is on properties located in cities with more than 50,000 residents, preferably situated within the prospering West German conurbations.
We are also interested in real estate offers in Leipzig, Dresden and Berlin
Real estate should show an existing minimum yield of 8% p.a., a 12.5-fold annual net rental income after purchase price, and should show potential for value enhancement.
