The Deutsche Zinshaus GmbH is a proprietor-operated company, with nationwide real estate investment activities. Current activities are largely focused on housing estates, multiple-family dwellings and mixed-use buildings.

The company is a primary shareholder in several real estate portfolios, and within the next years intends to increase its property inventory to more than 2,500 housing units.

Our preference is on investment opportunities located in cities with more than 50,000 residents and situated within the prospering economic regions of West Germany, as well as on assignments of options to purchase in Leipzig, Dresden and in Berlin.

The objective of the company is the acquisition of additional property, and to use active asset management and well-targeted value-enhancing strategies to achieve above-average and long-term returns on investment.
